钬激光内切开治疗输尿管膀胱连接部狭窄(附27例报告)

目的探讨钬激光内切开治疗输尿管膀胱连接部狭窄的疗效。方法选择2005-06-2007-12间,在我院治疗的27例输尿管膀胱连接部狭窄的患者,在输尿管镜下应用钬激光行输尿管膀胱连接部纵行螺旋状内切开,并留置双J管。结果对本组患者术后1周行IVU复查,狭窄均得到了满意的改善。术后随访患者21例,随访时间3-29个月。其中,3例患者术后3-6个月出现再次狭窄,经输尿管扩张后好转,其余患者均无再狭窄的发生,排尿期膀胱造影均无膀胱输尿管返流。结论钬激光行输尿管膀胱连接部内切开治疗输尿管膀胱连接部狭窄,效果满意。

Inside Incision with Holmium: YAG laser for Ureterovesical Junction Stricture (Report of 27 Cases)

Objective To explore the treatment by Holmium-YAG laser for ureterovesical junction(UVJ) stricture.Methods 27 patients(left 13,right 8,bilateral stricture of UVJ in 6) of ureterovesical junction stricture were treated by holmium-laster.All of the patients were proved to suffer from ureterovesical junction(UVJ) stricture by IVU and/or cystoscopic urography before operation,the length of stricture≤2.0 cm.All patients were treated by inside incision with Holmium: YAG later for ureterovesical junction(UVJ) stricture and placing a double-J stent under ureteroscope.Results The stenosis of all patients has been relieved.The 21 patients out of 27 had been followed-up from 3 months to 29 months after operation.The stenosis recurred to the 3 patients among the 21 patients from 3 months to 6 months after the operation.They recovered after the treatment of expanding the ureter.There are no occurrences of restenosis to the other patients.None of all was vesicoureteral reflux by voiding cystourethrogram.Conclusion It is satisfactory to inside incision with Holmium:YAG
