国产盐酸氯普卡因硬膜外麻醉在剖宫产手术中的应用

目的:评价国产盐酸氯普卡因用于剖宫产术麻醉的效果和安全性。方法:选择ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ级择期剖宫产术产妇40例,随机分成两组,观察组(n=20)为3％盐酸氯普卡因,对照组(n=20)为2％利多卡因,硬膜外麻醉,试验剂量5 ml,5 min后一次性注入10 ml。观察起效时间,痛觉消失时间,运动阻滞时间,痛觉及运动恢复时间,运动阻滞最大程度,以及呼吸、循环变化。结果:观察组起效时间快于对照组(P>0.05),痛觉消失时间及运动阻滞时间亦快于对照组(P<0.05),最大阻滞程度两组无明显差异,痛觉及运动恢复时间观察组短于对照组(P<0.05),呼吸、循环变化两组基本相同,观察组和对照组均未见明显不良反应。结论:国产盐酸氯普卡因用于硬膜外麻醉,起效快,效果确切,无明显毒副作用,适用于剖宫产术。

Domestic Chlorprocaine Hydrochloride for Epidural Anesthesia in Caesarean Section

Objective: To evaluate the effects effects and safety of Chlorprocaine Hydrochloride made in china in epidural anesthesia in caesarean section. Methods: 40 pregnant women (ASAI-Ⅱ) scheduled for elective caesarean section were divided randomly into a test group(n = 20) for 3% chloprocaine and a control group(n = 20) for 2% lidocaine. Five min after 5 ml anesthetic test volume into epidural space (L2-3), a bolus of 10 ml anesthetic was given to each patient. Results: The onset time of epidural blockande, pain free and motor free in test group was shorter (P>0. 05, P<0. 05, P<0. 05) than that in control group. The onset of pain and motor recovery was faster (P<0. 05) than that in control group. The motor blockade depth of legs in both groups was similar. The changes in respiration and circulation was similar in both groups. The side-effects were not observed in both groups. Conclusion: The chlorprocaine for epidural anesthesia is faster in onset, is well in efficacy and has little side-effect, It can be usedsafely for epidural anesthesia in caesareansection.
