| 摘 要： | 目的：分析测定头孢他啶／舒巴坦钠混合制剂中各组份的含量；方法：利用高效液相色谱法。结果：头孢他啶及舒巴坦的回收率分别为99．88％和99．89％。结论：结果表明实验方法简便、快速，结果准确，可以用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:Developed a method for the assay of Ceftazidime and Sulbactam Sodium for Injection.Methods.Using High Performance Liquid Chromatogrphy.Results:The recoveries were 99.88% and 99.89% for Ceftazidime and Subactam Sodium,respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate,and can be used to control the quality of the injections. |
