Langendorff灌流的离体兔心房颤动模型的建立

摘    要:目的 探讨建立Langendorff灌流的离体兔心房颤动 (房颤 )模型的方法。 方法 兔10只建立Langendorff灌流的离体兔房颤模型 ,起始右房压力为 0 ,逐步递增至 12cmH2 O (1cmH2 O =0 .0 98kPa) ,在每个压力水平分别给予S1S2刺激诱发心房颤动。结果  9只兔心脏成功诱发房颤 ,房颤诱发成功率为 90 % ;随着心房压力的升高 ,房颤诱发率升高。结论 改进后的模型诱发房颤成功率高 ,方法简便 ,易于掌握及推广。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the method of establishing a langendorff-perfused rabbit heart model of atrial fibrillation (AF).Methods Ten isolated Langendorff-perfused rabbit heart models of AF were established.The right atrial pressure was increased from 0 to 12 cmH 2O step by step.At each pressure level,the method of S1S2 stimulation was used to induce AF.Results AF was induced in 9 rabbit hearts with the success rate being 90%.With the elevation of right atrial pressure,the inducibility of AF was also increased.Conclusion Modified model has high inducibility of AF and is easy to learn and extend.
