摘    要:目的:探讨16排螺旋CT泌尿系的三维重建技术。方法:在16排螺旋CT进行26例泌尿系的增强扫描时,增加一个延迟扫描系列,将采集的数据进行尿路的三维重建成像。逐例回顾观察,并分析成像的质量。结果:三维重建的影像立体感强,能反映尿路的全貌和解剖的走行方向。重建成像的质量与延迟扫描的时间关系密切,30min的成像满意率为92%,达到了较高的比例。结论:泌尿系螺旋CT三维重建(CTU)的清晰影像,能反映人体内部器官的真实解剖图形和肾功能的代谢,可以取代传统的静脉尿路造影(IVP)。

Abstract:Objective: To study the technique of three dimensional(3D) reconstruction in 16 slice spiral CT. Methods: When urological system enhanced scan with 16 slice spiral CT were performed in 26 cases, a delayed scanning series was added. 3D reconstruction imaging was obtained by collected data. Each case was reviewed and image quality was analysed. Results: The pattern of 3D reconstruction revealed strong stereoscopic effects, reflected the whole urinary tract and its anatomic track. Reconstruction image quality tightly related to delayed scanning time. Satisfying rate was 92% at 30min imaging time. Conclusion: The vivid image of spiral three dimensional CT reconstruction in urological system(CTU) can reflect the real anatomy of the apparatus inside the body and renal metabolism. It can replace traditional intravenous urography.
