社区综合防治对高血压患者的疗效分析

目的：探讨社区综合防治对社区高血压患者的降压效果。方法：对108例本社区高血压患者采取健康知识教育和社区综合防治（非药物干预，运动干预、饮食干预、心理干预、联合药物治疗）1年。结果：社区综合干预高血压患者收缩压和舒张压的下降有显著的统计学意义（P〈0．05）；患者对高血压知晓率、服药率、血压达标均有较大幅度的提高，分别为100％、84．3％、81．5％。结论：对高血压患者的社区综合防治，能改善患者对高血压的知晓率，服药依从性以及降压的疗效。

Integrated Community Intervention of Hypertension

Objective： To investigate the effectiveness of integrated community intervention of hypertension. Methods：In 108 patients with hypertension residing in this community, health education and measures for integrated community intervention （ non-medicinal intervention, exercise, diet intervention, psychological intervention, and comprehensive medications） were given for after 1 year. Results：Significant reduction was recorded for systolic and diastolic blood pressures （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Improvement in awareness of hypertension, use of medications and rate of blood pressure control was achieved in 100% , 84. 3% and 81. 5% of the patients. Conclusion： Integrated community intervention for patients with high blood pressure can be effective to improve awareness of the disease, compliance and treatment efficacy.
