摘 要: | MxA抗病毒蛋白是由I型干扰素(IFNα/β)诱导产生的分布于细胞质中的蛋白质,具有广谱的抗病毒作用,对多种RNA病毒和部分DNA病毒均有抑制作用。活化的MxA发挥对病毒核衣壳的水解作用,以阻止病毒对细胞的吸附与穿入。MxA基因多态性对不同个体的病毒性疾病发稿、IFN的治疗效果及预后产生重要影响。MxA基因(蛋白)具有极大的临床应用价值和广阔的研究前景。

Abstract: | MxA is a cellular protein activated in cells induced by type I interferon (alpha and beta). MxA exhibits broad antiviral activity against several RNA viruses and a few of DNA viruses. MxA proteins were found to bind to essential viral components nueleocapsid protein (N) and to block their function, so viruses become unavailable for the generation of new virus particles. Genetic polymorphism of the MxA gene might have great impact on host genetic susceptibility to viruses, interferon therapy responsiveness and prognosis of individuals. Therefore, MxA protein shows some perspective for clinical application and research. |
