| 摘 要： | 脂肪组织除具有储能作用外，还作为重要的内分泌器官分泌一系列脂肪因子参与能量平衡的调节。脂联素是近年发现并受到关注的由脂肪细胞分泌的一种特异性因子。许多研究显示脂联素在肥胖相关的代谢综合征以及多种心血管疾病中起保护作用。增强脂联素的分泌和作用可能成为治疗心血管疾病的方向之一。

| Abstract: | Adipose tissue is a major site for energy storage. Increasingly, however, it has been recognized as an important endocrine organ that secretes a number of biologically active ＂adipokines＂. Of these adipokines, adiponectin has attracted much attention. Many stud- ies have showed protective effects of adiponectin on metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular diseases. Promoting the secretion of adiponectin is expected to be a novel therapeutic tool for metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular disease. |
