妇产科学教学中的医疗纠纷防范教育

妇产科是医院医疗纠纷发生率较高的科室.鉴于大中专医学生毕业后大多到乡镇卫生院工作,在妇产科学教学中,通过对绪论的讲解使学生了解了妇产科工作的特点、医疗纠纷的危害性及其基本的防范措施;尤其是在各章节理论知识和操作技能的教学过程中,根据不同教学内容列举了近年来乡镇卫生院因医疗过失引发的医疗纠纷案例,对学生进行医疗安全及医疗纠纷防范教育,使其在对学习妇产科学知识产生浓厚兴趣的同时,不断增强自我保护意识和工作责任感.

To stress the prevention of medical disputes in the teaching process of obstetrics and gynecology

The obstetrics and gynecology sections were currently of the highest rates of producing medical disputes.Since most of the medical college and secondary students might go to township hospitals after graduation, during the teaching process of obstetrics and gynecology, the students must be taught to understand the characteristics of the obstetrics and gynecology work, the harmfulness of medical disputes as well as the basic preventive measures through lecturing the introduction.Particularly, while learning the theoretical knowledge and operational skills in each chapter, according to different teaching contents, we could list some recent-year township-hospital medical malpractice cases caused by medical negligence so as to enhance the education of medical safety and medical disputes prevention, not only to arouse the students' interest in studying of obstetrics and gynecology, but also constantly to enhance their self-protection awareness and the sense of working responsibility.
