甲苯咪唑新剂型（微丸）治疗小鼠细粒棘球蚴的效果观察

通过体外和动物实验证实甲苯咪唑（Ｍｅｂｅｎｄａｚｏｌｅ ＭＢＺ）微丸的抗细粒棘球蚴的作用。在试管内观测不同浓度甲苯咪唑微丸对原头节的致死作用，将甲苯咪唑微丸制成１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ．５００ｍｇ／ｋｇ和２５ｍｇ／ｋｇ三个不同剂量悬液对感染细粒棘球蚴６个月的小鼠经口灌胃，每日一次，连续给药２０ｄ，停药７ｄ后剖检，以棘球蚴囊重抑制率、塌囊率和组织病理改变为指标，同法将甲苯唑片剂和原粉制成悬液按相同剂量给药，

The Effect of Trial Treatment Mebendazole Pellet on Secondary Hydatid Cyst in Mice

In order to testify to lethal effects of mebendazole pellet on secondary hydatid cyst in mice, the experiment was divided into two parts. In the first part, the lethal action of menbendozole pellet and tablet against E.granulosus protoscolices in vitro. In second part, mebendazole pellet 100mg/kg, 50mg/kg, 25mg/kg three kinds of dosage were administrated orally to mice once a day for 20 days to treat secondary hydatid cyst. After treating 7 days the mice were dissected. The cyst wet weight, percent of collapsing cyst and destroyed degree of germinal membrane were observed .The control was using mebendazole tablet and raw drug by the same method. The scolicidal action of mebendazole pellet and tablet are undifferentiating. The percent of collapsing cyst of mebendazole pellet with three kinds of dosage were 95.09%, 63.63% and 18.66%. The percent of collapsing cyst of three kinds of dosage mebendazole tablet and raw drug were 57.39%, 33.33%, 19.77%and 22.0%, 16.02%, 11.15% . These results showed that mebendazole pellet were higher than that of mebendazole tablet and raw drug (P<0.05). The degeneration of laminated layer and necrosis drop of germinal membrane were presented in all high dosage (100mg/kg, 50mg/kg) groups. But the changes of mebendazole pellet groups were more serious than that of mebendazole tablet and raw drug. This study confirmed that there was lethal effect of mebendazole on hydatid cyst in mice and mebendazole pellet was a new preparation and it could increase the curative effect on hydatid disease.
