摘    要:目的探讨心肌酶活性和NSE与小儿高胆红素血症的变化及临床意义。方法选择住院小儿40例为治疗组,同期来门诊查体的健康小儿20例作为对照组,分别行血清心肌酶及NSE的检测。结果治疗组明显高于对照组(P〈0.01),胆红素越高心肌酶及NSE也越高,经治疗1周后,与入院时比较各项指标明显下降(P〈0.01)。结论心肌酶活性可以了解高胆患儿对心肌损害的程度;NSE水平可更早、更灵敏地反映其对高胆患儿脑细胞损害的程度,对临床进行早期评估和干预治疗具有重要的指导意义。

Changes of cardiomyoenzyme NSE and their clinical significance in children with hyperbilirubinemia

Abstract:Objective To study the changes of cardiomyoenzyme, NSE and their clinical significance in children with hyperbilirubinemia. Methods Inpatients ( n = 40) as therapeutic group and healthy children ( n = 20) as control group were given cardiomyoenzyme and NSE measurement. Results Cardiomyoenzyme and NSE in children with hyperbiliubinemia were higher than that of healthy children, the therapeutic group were higher than the control group (P 〈 0. 01 ) . The bilirubin decreased and so did the cardiomyoenzeme and NSE after treatment of one week ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions Cardiomyoenzyme and NSE could response respectively the damage degree of cardiocyte and brain cell in children with hyperbilirubinemia earlier and sensitively; there were important guide significance with the earlier clinical evaluation and intervention treatment.
