医学本科生科研素质培养的教学策略

分析了医学本科生开展科研训练的重要性和必要性，针对医学本科生科研能力的现状，结合医学院校实验教学的特点，提出了小班实验教学和科研训练相结合的教学策略，以期达到激发医学生创新意识，培养创新思维和提高创新能力的培养目标。

Strategy for enhancing research ability of the medical students
