乙酰肝素酶在人类自然流产过程中的作用研究

目的:研究乙酰肝素酶(HPSE)与人类自然流产的关系以及在妊娠中的作用。方法:采用反转录PCR和Western Blot检测正常妊娠者和早期自然流产者流产绒毛组织中HPSE mRNA和蛋白的表达。结果:反转录PCR实验结果显示,正常妊娠组的HPSE mRNA阳性表达比例(12/15)高于自然流产组(9/20),(χ2=4.375,P=0.036);Western Blot正常妊娠组的HPSE蛋白的阳性表达比例(11/15)高于自然流产组(7/20),(χ2=5.042,P=0.025)。结论:HPSE参与正常妊娠过程,自然流产的发生可能与HPSE的低表达有关。

Expression of heparanase in the spontaneously aborted human chorionic villus

Objective: To investigate the the expression of heparanase (HPSE) in the spontaneously aborted human chorionic villus and its possible association with the spontaneous abortion. Methods: The chorionic villus samples were collected from the women of spontaneous abortion, with those from the women who had an induced abortion of unwanted normal pregnancy as control. Reverse transcription PCR and Western blot were employed to determine the expression of HPSE mRNA and protein in the villus samples. Results: The positive rate of HPSE mRNA expression was significant difference between the control group (80.0%) and the spontaneous abortion group (45.0%) (P<0.05). And the positive rate of HPSE protein expression in the control group (73.3%) was significant higher than that in the spontaneous abortion group (35.0%)(P<0.05). Conclusion: The lower expression of HPSE in the chorionic villus may be associated with the spontaneous abortion.
