后房型人工晶体缝线固定与前房型人工晶体植入术的临床比较

目的探讨后囊不能支撑的人工晶体植入术的较好手术方式。方法通过对在本院行后房型人工晶体缝线固定术（65例）和前房型人工晶体植入术（54例）进行临床随访比较。结果术后脱残率（矫正视力〉0．3）两组差异无显著性，缝线固定组人工晶体移位的发生率较高，两组差异有显著性，早期高眼压前房型组的发生率较高，两组有显著性差异，但1个月后高眼压发生率两组差异无显著性，角膜内皮水肿、葡萄膜炎、前房出血、瞳孔变形的发生率两组差异无显著性。结论前房型人工晶体植入术，手术较简单，并发症少。

clinical compartion of Suture fixation of posterior chamber intraocular lens and anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation

Objective To investigate the posterior capsule can not be supported by better artificial lens implantation surgery. Methods In our hospital posterior chamber intraocular lens suture fixation(65 cases) and anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation(54 patients) compared the clinical follow-up. Results off residual rate( corrected visual acuity ＞ 0. 3 ) difference was not statistically significant, suture fixation of intraocular lens group a higher incidence of displacement, there were significant differences between the two groups, early high intraocular pressure group the incidence of anterior chamber high significant difference between the two groups, but a month after the incidence of high intraocular pressure was no significant difference between the two groups, corneal edema ,uveitis ,hyphema, the incidence of deformed pupil was no significant difference between two groups. Conclusion Anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation, surgery is relatively simple, with few complications.
