| 摘 要： | 目的 建立氯柳酊中二组分的含量测定方法。方法 采用系数倍率法消除组分间干扰直接测定含量。结果 以278nm、297nm为测定波长，氯霉素和水杨酸的平均回收率及RSD分别为99.3%,0.9%和99.5%。结论 本法简便、快速、准确。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To develop a method for defermining the contents of individual medicamentsin chlorampheniclo and salicylic acid tincture METHODS The K ratio method was used for eliminating mutual interference.RESULTS The detection wavelevgh of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid were at 278nm,and 297nm respectively.The average recoveries were 99 3%,and 99 5% with RSD 0 9% and 0 9% respectively.CONCLUSIONS The method was simple and accurate. |
