| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨后腹腔镜微创治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效及技巧。方法：回顾性分析后腹腔镜切开取石术治疗的15例输尿管上段结石患者的临床资料,5例行体外冲击波碎石术（ESWL）无效,余初次诊治。D-J管于术前置入。结果：15例均手术成功,总并发症发生率为20%。结论：后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术可作为ESWL治疗输尿管结石失败的补救措施,为泌尿外科医生提供了另一种避免开放性手术的途径。

| Abstract: | Objective： To assess the efficacy and techniques of retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy for the ureter-al calculi.Methods： 15 patients underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy of the upper ureteral calculi.Dou-ble J stents were used in all cases.Results： All the operations were successful.The global complication rate was 20%.Conclusion： Retroperitoneal laparoscopy ureterolithotomy removal of ureteral calculi after ESWL,which may be considered as a primary procedure before open ureterolithotomy. |
