老年及老年前期高血压患者血浆磷脂成分及其与血胆固醇关系的研究

本研究采用薄层色谱扫描法测定了40例老年及老年前期单纯高血压病人和40例合并冠心璃患者的血浆五种磷脂成分和血浆胆固醇含量。结果表明,两组患者血浆磷脂中磷脂酰胆碱(PC)明显降低,而神经磷脂(SM)、磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)、溶血磷脂(LL)以及 SM/PC 比值明显增高,其中合并冠心病患者血浆磷脂异常更为明显,两疾病组胆固醇与磷脂的比值(Ch/PC)均明显高于对照组,提示老年及老年前期高血压及高血压合并冠心病患者血浆磷脂成分异常以及胆固醇与磷脂比值的平衡失调可能是高血压、冠心病发生和发展的基础以及机体细胞老化的标志。

The study of plasma phospholipids and the correlation with cholesterol in the aged and preaged patients with hypertension

The levels of plasma phospholipids and cholesterol were determined in 40 aged and preaged with simple essential hypertension(EH group).40 aged and preaged with hypertensive coronary heart disease(EH and CHD group)and 30 normal subjects by thin-layer chromato graphy.The results showed that the levels of phosphatidyl chiolines(PC)were significantly decrease,sphin- gomeins(SM)phosphatidy serine(PS).lysophosphatide(LL)and the ratio of SM/PC were sig- nificantly increased in two disease groups.The abnormal changs of plasma phospholipids were re- markable in EH and CHD group.Meanwhile,the ratio of cholesterol and phospholipids(ch/PC) in EH group and EH and CHD group were higher than in normal subjects.The above results sug- gest:the aged and preaged patients with hypertension and hypertensive coronary heart disease have a abnormal of phospholipid metabolism and balance maladjustment of cholesterol with phos- pholipid.These abnormal changes might be molecule basis of hypertension and coronary heart dis- ease incidence and development.
