清化宣肺汤治疗痰热郁肺型慢性支气管炎疗效观察

目的：观察自拟清化宣肺汤治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的疗效。方法：将160例慢性支气管炎急性发作期患者随机分为两组。治疗组80例，服自拟清化宣肺汤；对照组80例，口服清热散结胶囊，每次5粒，每日3次；急支糖浆，每次20mL，每天3次。疗程均为10日。结果：治疗组临床控制21例，显效30例，有效23例，无效6例，总有效率92．50％；对照组临床控制14例，显效36例，有效24例，无效6例，总有效率92．50％；两组综合疗效比较（P〉0．05），无显著性差异。结论：自拟清化宣肺汤治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作期痰热郁肺证疗效确切。

The Curative Effect Observation of Modified Qing

Objective ： To observe the curative effect of modified Qing-hua Xuan-fei Decoction on chronic bronchitis in acute episode. Method： 160 cases suffered from chronic bronchitis in acute episode were divided into two groups. 80 cases in the treatment group were treated by Qing-hua Xuan-fei Decoction, and 80 cases in the control group were treated by Capsule of Clearing Heat to Eliminate Stagnation（ 5 pills once and 3 times a day）and Syrup of Acute Bronchitis（20 mL once and 3 times a day）. The treatment course was 10 days. Result： In the treatment group,21 cases were recovered,30 cases were excellent,23 cases were effective, and 6 cases were ineffective. Its total effective rate was 92.50%. In the control group, 14 cases were recovered, 36 cases were excellent, 24 cases were effective, and 6 cases were ineffective. Its total effective rate was 92. 50%. There were no difference between the two groups（P 〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The curative effect of Qing-hua Xuan-fei Decoction is reliable on chronic bronchitis in acute episode with syndrome of pyretic sputamentum stagnating lung.
