阳性与阴性精神分裂症患者的诱发电位比较

目的:探讨阳性与阴性精神分裂症在感觉诱发电位检查中异同。方法:收集37例阳性、26例阴性精神分裂症及64名正常对照,应用脑诱发电位仪(美国)完成视觉诱发电位(VEP)、听觉诱发电位(AEP)和体感诱发电位(SEP)检查。结果:阳性、阴性及正常对照组在VEP、AEP潜伏期,VEP、AEP、SEP波幅上差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与正常对照组相比,阳性组VEP、AEP潜伏期前移,AEP潜伏期延迟,VEP、AEP、SEP波幅降低;与正常对照组相比,阴性组AEP潜伏期延迟,VEP、AEP、SEP波幅降低更甚;阳性与阴性组比较,VEP、AEP潜伏期及VEP、AEP波幅差异有显著性。结论:阳性与阴性精神分裂症诱发电位潜伏期和波幅变化有其特点,值得进一步随访观察。

Comparative study of the evoked potentials in patients with positive and negative schizophrenia

Objective:To investigate the difference in evoked potentials between the patients with positive and negative schizophrenia. Methods:This study included 37 patients with positive schizophrenia,26 patients with negative schizophrenia,and 64 normal control subjects. The visual evoked potential (VEP),auditory evoked potential (AEP),and somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) were recorded. Results:Compared with normal control subjects,in patients with positive schizophrenia,the latencies of VEP and AEP was shorten,the latency of AEP was prolonged,and the amplitudes of VEP,AEP,and SEP decreased; in the patients with negative schizophrenia,the latency of AEP was prolonged,and the amplitudes of VEP,AEP,and SEP decreased more obviously. There were significant differences in the latencies of VEP and AEP and the amplitudes of VEP and AEP between patients with positive and negative schizophrenia. Conclusion:There are differences in the latency and amplitude of evoked potentials between the patients with positive and negative schizophrenia,and further study is needed.
