| 摘 要： | 采用薄层扫描法对枇杷叶、白花蛇舌草、女贞子中熊果酸的含量进行了测定,其薄层扫描测定条件为:展开剂中环己烷-氯仿-乙酸乙酯(20∶5∶8);显色剂用10%H2SO4乙酸溶液。结果表明:在三种药材中,白花蛇舌草熊果酸含量最高,达0.896%;枇杷叶稍低,为0.843%;女贞子最低,为0.436%。该测定方法简便、快速,测定结果准确、可靠。
