三级康复方案应用对急性脑卒中患者功能恢复的影响

目的 :探讨三级康复方案对急性脑卒中患者功能恢复的影响。方法 :4 2例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分成 2组 ,按照三级康复方案 ,一级康复 (<2 8d) ,2组均住院进行早期康复治疗 ;二级康复 (>2 8d) ,康复组在康复机构继续治疗 ,对照组自行在家训练 ;三级康复 (>3个月 ) ,2组均在家自行训练。结果 :康复组治疗后各个阶段临床神经功能缺损、运动功能评分及改良巴氏指数评分均优于治疗前及对照组 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :三级康复方案对脑卒中患者功能恢复具有良好促进作用 ,可明显降低患者的依赖程度 ,提高生存质量。

Effect of Three-stage Rehabilitation Scheme on Acute Stroke Patients

Objective: To investigate the effect of three stage rehabilitation scheme on acute stroke patients. Methods: Forty two patients were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group. Both groups were subjected to early rehabilitation during the first 28 days following the stroke. Later, the rehabilitation group received the same rehabilitation in the rehabilitation center or at home and the control group did self training at home.Lastly, two groups all did self training at home. Results: The rehabilitation group got much better scores in NIHSS, FMA and MBI than the control group in every period. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Three stage rehabilitation scheme can obviously improve patients' general functional abilities, and decrease the disability and increase the quality of life.
