体外培养日本血吸虫体表小泡的观察

日本血吸虫在体外培养过程中体表会出现泡状物,小泡脱落后在培液中形成透明小珠,从它在高盐溶液中皱缩表明它并非脂肪性小滴。作者对它与培养液中来自血吸虫的蛋白质之关系作了初步分析。

Observations on Schistosoma Japonicum During Cultivation in Vitro

It was observed that when adult worms both male and female were cul-tured in saline containing 0.2%glucose,Tyrode's solution,Hanks solution or RPMI-1640 medium,a kind of vesicle appeared on the worms' surface,re-gardless of pH change from 6.8 to 8.2.After falling down from the worms' surface,the vesicles were spread in the culture medium and became round in shape.When salt was added into the culture medium,the vesicles shrank.Which indicated that these vesicles were not fat drops.The results of SDS-PAGE electrophoresis showed that the medium contained a number of protein fractions after worm cultivation.The highest quantity protein found had a MW of 26,000-28,000 which originated from worm's body fluid including the contents of gut.
