摘    要:目的观察解毒消痈方药对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-1β的影响。方法将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、解毒消痈方药大剂量组、解毒消痈方药中剂量组、解毒消痈方药小剂量组、阳性对照柳氮磺胺吡啶组,每组各10只。以三硝基苯磺酸建立溃疡性结肠炎大鼠动物模型,采用双抗体夹心法检测大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-1β的变化。结果大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子α及白介素1β的含量模型组均明显高于正常组(P均0.05);解毒消痈方药大、中剂量组明显低于模型组(P均0.05)。结论解毒消痈方药有下调促炎因子TNF-α及IL-1β的作用,存在效-量关系,剂量增加能提高疗效,其抗炎机制可能与下调TNF-α及IL-1β含量有关。

Abstract:Objective It is to observe the influence of the detoxification eliminated carbuncle recipe(DECR) on serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-β(IL-1β) in rats with ulcerative colitis.Methods 60 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,DECR high-dose group,DECR medium-dose group,DECR low-dose group,positive control sulfasalazine group.There were 10 rats in each group.Rat model of ulcerative colitis was established by trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid,and the changes of serum TNF-α,IL-1β by double-antibody sandwich assay.Results The levels of serum TNF-α and IL-1β in model group were significantly higher than that in normal group(P<0.05).The levels in DECR high-dose and medium-dose groups were significantly lower than that in model group(P<0.05).Conclusion DECR have reduced detoxification pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-1β in the role,there is an efficiency-amount relationship,the dose increases can improve the effects,its anti-inflammatory mechanism may be related to reduced the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β.
