手术室护士对手术病人家属关怀的现状调查

[目的]了解目前手术室护士对手术病人家属关怀的现状。[方法]采用自行设计的问卷,对12 8名手术室护士和15 0名手术病人家属进行调查。[结果]影响手术室护士对手术病人家属关怀的因素主要是时间不允许、担心和医生的解释发生冲突等,双方对病人家属知情权及相关内容的认知水平存在差异。[结论]影响目前手术室护士对病人家属关怀的因素较多,护理中应重视护士与病人家属的认知水平的差异。

A survey of status quo of nurses solicituding for relatives of patients undergoing operation in operating room

Objective:to know the status quo of nurses solicituding for relatives of patients undergoing operation in operating room. Method: a total of 128 nurses worked in operating room and 150 relatives of patients undergoing operation were investigated by filling out self-made questionnaire. Result: main factors influencing nurses in operating room on solicituding for relatives of patients were including that they have not enough time, worried about variance with doctors' explanations, and had some differences in cognition level on informed concent of patients' relatives between medical staff and nurses. Conclusion: there are many factors influencing nurses worked in operating room on caring for relatives of patients. The difference of cognition level between nurses and patients' relatives should pay more attention during nursing care.
