内科并发症对急性脑卒中患者预后的影响

目的　研究内科并发症对急性脑卒中患者功能恢复和卒中后死亡的影响。方法　对 5 32例急性脑卒中患者出院时 BI、m RS和出院时减少的 NIHSS百分数进行评估 ,并记录其病死率。分析有、无内科并发症两组患者预后的差别。结果　 (1)有并发症的患者出院时减少的 NIHSS百分数低于无并发症者 (P<0 .0 1) ,出院时和出院后6月的日常生活能力差于后者 (P<0 .0 1) ,残疾指数也高于后者 (P<0 .0 1) ;(2 )有并发症者较无并发症者病死率高(P<0 .0 1)。结论　卒中后内科并发症不仅影响急性脑卒中患者的功能恢复 ,而且影响卒中后病死率。

The effects of medical complications on prognosis of the stroke patients

Objective To determine the role of medical complications in functional outcome and fatality rate of the patients with acute stroke. Methods Of 532 patients with acute stroke were evaluated with NIHSS,BI and mRS,and mortality of them was recorded. The diference of prognosis between the patients with medical complications and those without medical complications was analysed. Results (1)Fuctional outcome was significantly worse in patients with medical complications,as measured by the BI(P< 0.01),mRS(P< 0.01) and NIHSS(P< 0.01);(2)Fatality rate was significantly higher in patients with medical complications(P< 0.01). Conclusion Medical complications that follow acute stroke not only influence functional outcome but also fatality rate.
