摘    要:核因子kappa B(NF-κB)在炎症反应、免疫应答、胚胎发育、细胞增殖与凋亡、细胞周期调控以及肿瘤的发生与发展中起着非常重要的作用。近几年的研究显示,NF-κB与恶性血液病如白血病、淋巴瘤和多发性骨髓瘤的发生关系密切。目前,恶性血液病细胞NF-κB的活化及其机制的研究已日益受到人们的关注,本文就近几年此方面的有关进展作简要的综述。

Abstract:The nuclear factor kappa B(NF-kappaB) plays a crucial role in inflammatory, immune response, embryo development, cell proliferation and apoptosis, cell cycle control as well as tumorgenesis. In recent years, a variety of investigations have demonstrated that NF-kappaB was closely associated with the pathogenesis of hematological malignancies such as leukemia, lymphoma and multiple myeloma. Nowadays, increasingly attention has been paid to the studies on the activation and its mechanism of NF-kappaB in the hematogenic malignancies. So that, in this article, progress on these aspects is reviewed.
