| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨赖氨葡锌治疗小儿急性腹泻的效果.方法 选择2009年1月～2012年12月来本院治疗的小儿急性腹泻患者100例,随机分为实验组（50例）与对照组（50例）,实验组行对症支持治疗加赖氨葡锌治疗,对照组仅给予对症支持治疗,比较两组的疗效.结果 实验组有效率高于对照组,住院时间明显短于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 赖氨葡锌能显著提高小儿急性腹泻的治疗效果,且安全可靠.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy of lysine hydrochloride and zinc gluconate in the treatment of children with acute diarrhea.Methods 100 children with acute diarrhea admitted into our hospital from January 2009 to December 2012 were selected and evenly divided into experimental group and control group.In the experimental group, the supportive treatment based on symptoms and lysine hydrochloride and zinc gluconate were provided, while in the control group, only symptomatic therapy was applied. The effects in the two groups were observed and the effective rate and hospital stay were statistically analyzed and compared.Results The effective rate in the experimental group was higher, and the hospital stay was less compared with those in the control group, which displayed statistical differences （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The lysine hydrochloride and zinc gluconate can remarkably improve the therapeutic effect on child with acute diarrhea, which is safe and reliable. |
