中药化癥汤治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果观察

目的 探讨中药化癥汤治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果.方法 分析本院妇产科收治的子宫肌瘤患者200例的临床资料,依据治疗措施不同分两组,对照组（桂枝茯苓丸治疗组）100例和观察组（化癥汤治疗组）100例,比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后瘤体体积的变化.结果 观察组治疗后瘤体体积明显缩小,且变化程度明显优于对照组,其临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 中药化癥汤治疗子宫肌瘤患者疗效显著,可明显缩小瘤体体积,明显改善临床症状,效果良好.

The clinical effect observation of decoction of removing blood stasis in treatment of uterine myoma

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of decoction of removing blood stasis in treatment of uterine my- oma.nethods The clinical data of 200 patients with uterine myoma in our gynaecology and obstetrics department of hospital was analyzed.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment measures,concluding the control group （guizhi fuling pills treatment group） of 100 cases and observation group （decoction of removing blood stasis treatment group） of 100 cases.The clinical efficacy of two groups and the changes of tumor volume were compared. Results The tumor volume of the observation group reduced obviously after treatment,which was better than that of the control group,and the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,there was significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The tumor volume of patients with uterine myoma who are treated by removing blood stasis of TCM reduces significantly,their clinical symptoms improves significantly,and its effect is good.
