帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗老年抑郁症的效果观察

目的 探讨帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗老年抑郁症的效果.方法 选择本院老年抑郁症患者92例,随机分为治疗组（47例）和对照组（45例）.对照组给予帕罗西汀治疗,治疗组在使用帕罗两汀治疗的同时,给予奥氮平进行联合治疗,分别观察两组疗效,并进行组间比较.结果 治疗8周后,治疗组的总有效率（87.23％）明显高于对照组（80.00％）,治疗组的HDMA总分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗老年抑郁症疗效显著,值得临床推广.

Effect observation of paroxetine combined with olanzapine in the treatment of geriatric depression

Objective To investigate the efficacy of paroxetine combined with olanzapine in the treatment of geriatric depression. Methods 92 patients with geriatric depression in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group （47 cases） and control group （45 cases）. The patients in control group were given paroxetine, the patients in treatment group were given olanzapine on basis of control group. The effect of two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group （87.23%） was significantly higher than that of control group （80.00%）. The total score of HDMA in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group, the difference was signifi- cant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of paroxetine combined with olanzapine has more obvious effect in the treatment of geriatric depression, it is worthy of further promotion and research.
