产妇产后出血的原因分析及其护理体会

目的 分析产妇产后出血的主要原因,为患者提供更优质的护理.方法 对62例产后出血产妇的临床资料进行回顾性分析,统计产后出血量,分析造成产后出血的主要因素.结果 经阴道分娩者产后平均出血量为（653.8±86.2）ml,剖宫产者产后平均出血量为（942.1±104.5）ml,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.所有患者经治疗均停止出血,未出现死亡病例.产后出血的原因主要为子宫收缩乏力、凝血功能障碍、产道损伤、胎盘因素.结论 通过对产妇的产后观察、心理护理与出院指导,可提高产妇的心理健康水平,减少产后出血的发生.

The reason analysis of postpartum hemorrhage and its nursing experience

Objective To analyze the main reasons of postpartum hemorrhage,in order to provide better nursing for the patients. Methods The clinical datas of 62 postpartum hemorrhage puerperaes was analyzed retrospectively,while the amounts of postpartum hemorrhage were measured and calculated,and the main factors of postpartum hemorrhage was analyzed. Results The average amount of postpartum hemorrhage of vaginal delivery puerperae was （653.8±86.2）ml, while the average amount of postpartum bleeding of cesarean section patients was （942.1±104.5）ml,there was a signifi- cant difference （P〈0.05）.All the patients were treated and the bleeding were stopped,no death was appeared.The main reasons of postpartum hemorrhage were uterine atoMy,coagulation disorders,birth canal injury and placental factors. Conclusion Through the postpartum observation,psychological care and discharged guide for puerperae,the mental health level of maternal could be improved,and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage could be reduced.
