针刺配合手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果研究

目的 探索针刺配合手法治疗与单一手法或针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果.方法 将80例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为针刺加手法治疗组（A组）33例,针刺组（B组）26例,手法治疗组（C组）21例.A组进行针刺结合手法治疗,B组采用针刺治疗,C组采用手法治疗,观察3组的临床疗效.结果 A组总有效率为97.0％,优于B、C组的疗效（P＜0.05）.结论 腰椎间盘突出症经针刺治疗配合正确手法对症治疗能收到良好的治疗效果,多数患者能痊愈或缓解症状.治疗中多卧床休息,效果更佳,患者还应进行腰背及下肢功能锻炼,巩固治疗效果.

The clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with manipulation for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with manipulation for the treat- ment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion compared with acupuncture or manipulation.Methods 80 cases of pa- tients with lumbar disc prolapse were randomly divided into acupuncture combined with manipulation treatment group （group A）,acupuneture group （group B）,manipulation treatment group （group C）,whieh was 33 cases,26 eases,21 cases respectively.Group A adopted acupuncture combined with manipulation,group B adopted acupuncture,and group C adopted manipulation.Finally,the clinical curative effect was observed.Results The total effective rate of group A was 97.0%,superior to group B or group C （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion treated by acupuncture combined with manipulation treatment can received good treatment,to cure or relieve symptoms in most patients.In the treatment of bed rest,a better effect,should also be carried out in patients with low back and lower limb functional exercises and consolidation treatment results.
