120例妊娠合并急腹症患者的临床表现及误诊分析

目的 分析120例妊娠合并急腹症患者的临床表现及误诊情况.方法 选择本院收治的120例妊娠合并急腹症患者作为研究对象,根据入院时的症状和体征作出初步诊断,并根据治疗情况和辅助检查作出最终诊断,对初步诊断和最终诊断结果进行分析.结果 120例患者中,急性阑尾炎42例,急性胆囊炎31例,急性胰腺炎15例,泌尿系统梗阻25例,子宫扭转7例;其中,误诊为异位妊娠5例,先兆流产1例,均在妊娠早期发生误诊;心绞痛1例,阑尾炎1例,均在妊娠晚期发生误诊;胆囊炎2例,妊娠中晚期发生误诊各1例.结论 妊娠合并急腹症的误诊率较高,其中误诊为异位妊娠和先兆流产易发生在妊娠早期,误诊为心绞痛、阑尾炎和胆囊炎易发生在妊娠晚期.

Clinical manifestation and misdiagnosis analysis of 120 cases of patients with acute abdomen during pregnancy

Objective To study the clinical manifestation and misdiagnosis of 120 cases of patients with acute abdomen during pregnancy. Methods 120 cases of pregnancy combined with acute abdomen patients in our hospital were enrolled.Preliminary diagnosis was made according to the clinical symptoms and signs,and final diagnosis was made according to the treatment and auxiliary examination.Then overall situation of misdiagnosis were obtained through the comparison of preliminary diagnosis and？final diagnosis. Results in the 120 cases of enrolled patients,42 cases were acute appendicitis,31 cases were acute cholecystitis,15 cases were acute pancreatitis,25 cases were urinary tract obstruction and 7 cases were uterine tol.,u,,,,~ ~, .- was misdiagnosed as threatened abortion,and both of them were in the early pregnancy;1 cases was misdiagnosed as angina and 1 cases was mtsdiagnosed as appendicitis,both of them occured in late pregnancy;2 cases ~ere misdiag- nosed as eholecystitis and occurred in both middle and late pregnancy. Conclusion The rate of misdiagnosis for acute abdomen during pregnancy were higher,and misdiagnosed as ectopie pregnancy and threatened abortion occurred in early pregnancy,misdiagnosed as angina,appendicitis and cholecystitis occurred in late pregnancy.
