产前检查情景模拟教学法在妇产科护理学教学中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨产前检查情景模拟教学法在妇产科教学中的应用效果.方法 将本校2011级三年制普通护理中专生2个班共100名学生根据产前检查实践护理操作项目分为实验组和对照组,每组各50名,分别运用情景模拟教学法和传统教学法进行教学,课程结束后进行问卷调查及成绩分析,评价两组的教学效果.结果 实验组的理论成绩(P<0.05),操作及综合能力(P<0.01)优于对照组;学生对两种教学法的评价结果比较,情景模拟教学法优于传统教学法(P<0.05).结论 情景模拟教学法增加了学生的学习兴趣,缩短理论与临床实践的距离,提高了学生的综合素质.

Application of scenario simulation teaching method of prenatal exmaination in teaching of obstetrics and gynecology nursing

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of scenario simulation teaching method of prenatal examination in obstetrics and gynecology teaching. Methods Two classes of 100 secondary school students of three-years gen- eral nursing in grade 2011 of our school were divided into the experimental and the control group according to the practical nursing operation of prenatal examination and.Scenario simulation teaching method and traditional teaching were used respectively in the the experiemtal group and the control group respectively.The two groups were surveyed with questionnaries after the completion of the course and their performance were analysized.Teaching effect of the two groups were evaluated. Results Score of theory and operation and comprehensive capacity of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01),two teaching methods were evaluated by students,the scenario simulation teaching method was better than the traditional teaching (P〈0.05). Conclusion Scenario simulation approach can increase the students'interest of learning and shorten the distance between theory and clinical practice and improve the overall quality of students.
