| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨非惩罚不良事件上报系统对提高医疗质量与安全的作用.方法 分析2012年本院医护人员上报一、二、三季度的的不良事件.结果 建立非惩罚不良事件上报系统后,不良事件上报数量显著增加,提高了医疗质量与安全.结论 非惩罚不良事件上报系统有助于查找临床工作中存在的安全隐患,从而改进管理系统和医疗流程,减少医疗不良事件对患者的伤害,有很好的实际应用前景.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of non punitive adverse-events reporting system for improving medical quality and security. Methods Adverse-events of the first,second and third quarter reported by paramedics in 2012. Results The number of adverse-events reported was significantly added after non punitive adverse-events reporting system being established,and the medical quality and security was improved. Conclusion Non punitive adverse-events reporting system can help us find the potential safety hazard of clinical work in order to improve management system and medical process,decrease harm of adverse-events to patients,and it has good practical application. |
