中药材农药残留检测与脱除的研究进展

摘    要:掌握中药材中农药残留的研究现状,筛选最佳农残检测及脱除方法,以尽量减少或避免中药材中农药残留。根据近年有关中药农残的文献报道,就农残的种类、检测方法以及农残的脱除等方面做一总结。对中药农残种类进行了全面总结,筛选出了有关农残检测及脱除的最佳方法。目前我国中药农残种类以有机氯农药为主,农残的主要检测方法为:气相-质谱联用(GC-MS)或气相色谱(GC)检测,农残脱除则多用超临界流体萃取法。

Abstract:According to the current research status of pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicines, the best pesticide detection and removal method should be screened in order to reduce or avoid pesticide residue in Chinese herbal medicines. On the basis of recent literatures on Chinese pesticide residue, we summarized the type, detection method and the removal of pesticide residue in Chinese herbal medicines, and screened out the best methods for pesticide detection and removal. At present, the organochlorine pesticides were the main residue matters. The main detection methods of pesticide residue were gas-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) or gas chromatography (GC) testing, and pesticide residue removal relied mainly on supercritical fluid extraction method.
