兰州市永登县乡镇2 382名小学生生长发育状况调查分析

目的 了解永登县小学生的生长发育情况及营养状况,为开展学校卫生保健工作提供参考依据.方法 采用整群抽样的方法,选择2004年兰州市永登县4所乡镇小学8～13岁小学生为研究对象,采用身高、体重、胸围等为观察指标.结果 各年龄组小学生生长发育状况存在较多问题,大多数小学生的身高处于中等水平,占总调查人数的69.8%.男生肥胖率高于女生.女生营养不良率高于男生;各年龄组男生、女生胸围普遍较小.结论 与全国小学生身高标准相比,永登县乡镇小学生的生长发育状况较差,营养不良现象普遍存在.

Survey and Analysis of the Growth and Development State of 2 382 Schoolchildren in Yongdeng Township of Lanzhou City

OBJECTIVE To explore the development and nutrition state of schoolchildren in Yongdeng Township in order to providing information for school health care, METHODS The mehtod of cluster sampling was used to select randomly survey target population about 2382 aged 8-13 schoolchildren coming from four primary schools in Yongdeng Township of Lanzhou City. The body height, body weight and chest circumference were regarded as the index of survey and analysis, RESULTS The body height of many pupils were in the standard of middle grade which accounted for 69.8% in all of investigated schoolchildren. The obese rate of schoolboys was higher than that of schoolgirls, but the rate of schoolboys malnutrtion was lower than the schoolgirls. CONCLUSIONS Compared with the national standards of assessment of growth and development fbr primary school pupils, the growth and development of schoolchildren were poor in Yongdeng Township, many schoolchildren are in the state of malnutrition.
