摘    要:观察了切断双侧迷走神经前、后刺激喉上神经向中端的反应,并对其机制进行了分析。结果提示:正常呼吸时,从呼吸中枢来的抑制性影响可抑制心迷走中枢及心血管交感中枢的活动;刺激喉上神经向中端时,由于呼吸中枢被抑制,心迷走中枢及心血管交感中枢就被从呼吸中枢的抑制性影响下释放出来;因此切断双侧迷走神经前,出现血压先下降后上升的双相变化;切断双侧迷走神经后,出现单纯的升压反应;切断心脏的全部神经后,仍引起明显的血压升高。

Abstract:Before or after bilateral vagotomy the reaction of stimulating the central end of superior laryngeal nerve was observed and the mechanism was analyzed. The results suggested that during normal respiration the activities of vagal and cardiovascular sympathetic centers were inhibited by the inhibitory effects coming from the respiratory ceuter. When the central end of the superior laryngeal nerve was stimulated, because the respiratory center was inhibited, the vagal and cardiovascular sympathetic centers were released from the inhibitory effects of the respiratory center. Thus, before bilateral vagotomy a diphasic change of the blood pressure, decreasing first and then increasing occurred. After bilateral vagotomy, a single rise of the blood pressure occurred. After all the cardiac nerves had been cut, a marked rise of the blood pressure was still induced.
