经导管注入利福平灭菌粉末(维夫欣)治疗支气管结核疗效观察

目的探讨经导管注入利福平治疗支气管结核合并感染的临床疗效。方法 84例支气管结核合并感染患者分为治疗组44例,对照组40例,治疗组经导管注入利福平与对照组进行比较,观察两组患者临床症状改善、痰菌阴转、镜下改变情况。结果治疗组患者临床症状改善较对照组快,治疗1、2、3月末时治疗组痰菌阴转率为47.7%、90.9%、97.7%,治疗组总有效率为81.8%、90.9%、97.7%,均高于对照组的37.5%、70%、82.5%,57.5%、72.5%、80%。结论经支气管镜行导管内注入利福平治疗支气管结核合并感染安全有效且无明显不良反应发生。

Observation of curative effect of rifampicin sterilized powder through catheter Implantation on bronchial tuberculosis

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of rifampicin through catheter implantation on bronchial tuberculosis.Methods 84 patients of bronchial tuberculosis concurrent infection were divided into 2 groups,treatment group of 44 patients and control group of 40 patients.The treatment group were treated with catheter implantation of rifampicin,and then improvement of clinical symptoms,sputum conversion,and microscopic changes were observed in the two groups.Results Patients in the treatment group showed quicker improvement of clinical symptoms compared with those in the control group.After treatment of one,two,and three months,the sputum conversion rates of the treatment group are 47.7%,90.9%,and 97.7% separately,and the bronchoscope total efficiency are 81.8%,90.9% and 97.7% separately,while the control group had lower rates,which were 37.5%,70%,82.5%,and 57.5%,72.5%,80% separately.Conclusions It is safe and effective to treat bronchial tuberculosis concurrent infection through catheter implantation of rifampicin.No adverse reactions have been reported yet.
