补肾益肺化瘀汤治疗80例COPD患者的疗效评估

摘    要:目的探讨自拟补肾益肺化瘀汤治疗COPD。方法将我院确诊的80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为观察组42例和对照组38例,观察者予自拟补肾益肺化瘀中药汤配合西医常规治疗,对照组予单纯西医治疗,比较两组积分、治疗效果及心肺功能。结果观察组治疗后症状积分0.98±0.85显著低于对照组积分1.89±0.67(P<0.05),观察组显效率达76.19%、总有效率达95.24%均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);心肺功能改善状况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟补肾益肺化瘀中药汤配合西医治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病能够明显改善患者心肺功能状态,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广与应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the treatment mechanism and to assess its efficacy by using the self-made Chinese herbal medicine soup combined with western medicine to treat the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method 80 patients with COPD were randomly divided into two groups.42 patients were given the Chinese herbal medicine soup treatment combined with western medicine,and the rest 38 patients,as the control group,were given only western medicine treatment.Then the treatment efficacy and the cardiorespiratory function were observed and compared.Results The total efficiency rate and the cardiorespiratory function of the observation group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made Chinese herbal medicine soup combined with western medicine treatment can obviously improve the cardiorespiratory function of the patients with COPD and it’s worth to be promoted and applied widely in clinical practice.
