| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC法测定肝尔舒中的柚皮苷和橙皮苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Hedera ODS-2柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为0.02mol·L-1磷酸溶液(A)-乙腈(B),梯度洗脱;测定波长为283nm。结果柚皮苷和橙皮苷分别在0.109 9～1.318 8和0.083～0.996μg的范围内呈良好的线性关系,r分别为0.999 4和0.999 2;平均加样回收率柚皮苷为96.3%,RSD为2.3%(n=6),橙皮苷为99.3%,RSD为1.2%(n=6)。结论该法结果准确,重复性好,可用于肝尔舒制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determining naringin and hesperidin in Ganershu by HPLC.Methods A Hedera ODS-2 column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) in an oven at 30 ℃ was used,with a mobile phase consisting of 0.02 mol·L-1 phosphate(A) and acetonitrile(B) by gradient elution.Detection wavelength was 283 nm.Results The naringin and hesperidin had good linear relationship in the ranges of 0.109 9-1.318 8(r=0.999 4) and 0.083-0.996 μg(r=0.999 2),the average recoveries were 96.3% and 99.3%,with RSD 2.3%(n=6) and 1.2%(n=6),respectively.Conclusion The method was accurate,and the reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Ganershu. |
