| 摘 要： | 目的观察清胃黄连丸的镇痛作用。方法选用SPF级小鼠随机分为正常组、清胃黄连丸低、中、高剂量组及阿司匹林组,给药1d1次,连续3d,对照组给予等容积蒸馏水。分别采用热板法、扭体法和舔足法观察不同剂量清胃黄连丸对小鼠的镇痛作用。结果清胃黄连丸能够减少醋酸所致小鼠的扭体次数,减少甲醛所致小鼠疼痛舔足累积时间,提高小鼠对热刺激的痛阈值。结论清胃黄连丸具有镇痛作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the analgesic effect of Qingwei Huanglian Pills.Methods SPF-class mice were randomly divided into normal group,Qingwei Huanglian Pills low,medium and high-dose groups and aspirin group,administration of 1 d 1 times,continuous 3 d.The control group were given equal volume of distilled water.Hot plate,writhing and licking experiments were performed to observe the analgesic effect.Results Qingwei Huanglian Pills can reduce acetic acid-induced writhing,formalin-induced pain reduction cumulative licking time,and improve the thermal stimulation in mice pain threshold.Conclusion Qingwei Huanglian Pills has analgesic effect. |
