男男性行为人群预防艾滋病/性病综合干预模式初探

目的探索男男性行为人群(MSM)预防艾滋病/性病的综合干预模式。方法以艾滋病综合防治示范区为平台,依托社区MSM"草根组织"的人力资源和组织优势,开辟MSM同伴教育和自我教育渠道,拓展自愿咨询检测(VCT)和性病诊疗服务,开展社群干预、关怀救助和社会动员,实施MSM预防艾滋病/性病的综合干预。结果经过一年的干预,评估调查、基线调查,艾滋病知识知晓率分别为87.97%、80.49%;最近一次与男性发生肛交性行为时,安全套使用率分别为74.44%、65.67%;一年内接受过艾滋病预防服务率分别为92.78%、87.46%,接受过艾滋病检测率分别为24.39%、41.24%;一年内患过性病的比率分别为3.44%、15.68%。结论干预一年后MSM人群高危行为的改变有明显进展,综合干预模式具有优势互补、成本效益较高的特点,经过进一步试点和完善后,可复制推广。

Exploration of a model of comprehensive interventions for AIDS/STD among men who have sex with men

Objective To explore a model of comprehensive interventions for AIDS/STD among men who have sex with men(MSM).Methods With AIDS comprehensive prevention and control demonstration area as the platform,depending on human resource and organizational advantage in the MSM community "grass-roots organization",MSM peer education and self-education channel were developed,voluntary counseling and testing(VCT) and STD diagnosis and treatment services were expanded,and the community intervention,care and aid and social mobilization,and the comprehensive AIDS/STD intervention were implemented among MSM.Results After one year’s intervention,assessment and baseline survey,the AIDS related knowledge was 87.97%/80.49%,the condom use in the last anal sex with man was 74.44%/65.67%,accessibility to AIDS prevention service within one year was 92.78%/87.46%,accessibility to AIDS test was 24.39%/41.24%;STD prevalence in one year was 3.44%/15.68%.Conclusions Within one year after the intervention,high-risk behavior in MSM improved obviously.The comprehensive intervention model has complementary advantages and high cost-benefit.With further pilot trails and improvement,the model can be duplicated and promoted.
