沙棘籽油中正己烷残留量的测定

摘    要:目的建立沙棘籽油中正己烷残留量的含量测定方法。方法样品用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶解后,利用气相色谱法,顶空进样器对样品进行测试。结果正己烷的进样量(X)在6.004~300.2μg之间时,与峰面积积分值(Y)回归线性方程为Y=1.660 9 X+14.056,r=0.999 9,线性关系良好;加样回收率平均值为96.2%,RSD为3.8%。结论该方法操作简便,重复性好,可用于测定沙棘籽油中正己烷残留量。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for detecting the hexane residue in the extract from the oil of seeds of Hippophae rhamnaides L.Methods The samples were dissolved in DMF,and were tested by the hesdspace GC.Results The linear ranges were 6.004-300.2 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 96.2%(RSD=3.8%).Conclusion The results show that the method is simple and sensitive,and can be used for the determination of hexane residue in the extract from the oil of seeds of Hippophae rhamnaides L.
