摘    要:目的测定不同产地油莎豆中K,Ca,Na,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu和Zn的含量,为莎豆资源的开发利用提供依据。方法采用湿法消解(HNO3∶HClO4=4∶1)处理样品,空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定不同产地油莎豆中的8种元素含量,并通过精密度实验和回收率实验验证该方法的准确性。结果在设定的测试条件下,标准曲线的线性关系良好,加标回收率为95.8%~115.5%,RSD为0.7%~2.0%,且同一样品处理液可连续测定多种元素含量。结论油莎豆中K,Na,Ca和Mg含量较高,Mn,Cu,Zn和Fe的含量相对较低;测定方法简单易行,方便快捷,结果满意。

Abstract:Objective To determine the contents of K,Ca,Na,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn in different origin of Cyperus esculentus,and to provide basis for the development and utilization of Cyperus esculentus resources.Methods The samples were digested with wet method(HNO3∶HClO4=4∶1) and eight kinds of elements in the digested solution were determined by Air-C2H2 flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Results In the test conditions,the recovery of additional standard was 95.8%-115.5%,and the precision was 0.7%-2.0%.Conclusion K,Ca,Na and Mg content is high,whereas Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn content is relatively low.The method is quick,easy and convenient with satisfactory results.
