八珍益智颗粒提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的优选八珍益智颗粒处方药材提取工艺。方法以总多糖提取率和浸膏得率为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交设计实验,对八珍益智颗粒制备过程中的水提取工艺条件进行优化。结果该颗粒剂水提取最佳工艺条件为:加水量分别为12和10倍,浸泡0.5h,提取时间2h,提取次数为2次。结论该提取工艺稳定可行,为八珍益智颗粒制剂的研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction conditions for Bazhenyizhi Granules.Method L9(34) orthogonal design method was adopted to optimize the water extraction conditions.The content of the total polysaccharide and extraction rate were used as the detective markers.Result Orthogonal test results showed that the extraction conditions:12 and 10 times water,soaked 0.5 h,extracted 2 h for 2 times.Conclusion The established extraction method is stable and feasible,and could be used for the development of Bazhenyizhi Granules.
