| 摘 要： | 无选择地对住院的243例病毒性肝炎病人进行红细胞G-6-PD活性检测,发现病毒性肝炎患者G-6-PD缺陷42.3％,明显高于全国各地正常人群普查结果.G-6-PD缺陷患者的乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)阳性率77.6％,高于G-6-PD正常患者(P<0.005),而且G-6-PD缺陷的肝炎病者黄疸深,发生贫血比例高,肝炎有慢性化倾向,推测此与红细胞G-6-PD缺陷患者免疫功能受损、胆红素代谢紊乱有关.

| Abstract: | The activity of RBC G-6-PD was determined in 243 cases of virus hepatitis. G-6-PD deficiency was found in 42.3% of the cases, which was significantly higher than that in the nationwide mass survey of normal subjects. The positive rate of HBsAg in patients with G-6-PD deficiency was 77.6%, higher than those who were normal in G-6-PD (P<0.005). Jaundice was deep and anemia was more likely to occur in patients who had G-6-PD deficiency. Hepatitis had a chronic tendency. This may be related to the damage to immunologic function and the disturbance of bilirubin metabolism in patients with G-6-PD. |
