| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨MRI鉴别结核性脊柱炎和化脓性脊柱炎。方法：对52例都进行MRI检查脊柱炎的患者进行回顾性调查，比较其中20例结核性脊柱炎和20例化脓性脊柱炎患者MRI特点。采用卡方检验进行统计学分析。结果：用MRI诊断的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别对结核性脊柱炎100%（20/20），80%（16/20）和90%（36/40）同化脓性脊柱炎80%（16/20），100%（20/20）和90%（36/40）进行鉴别。结核性脊柱炎患者的MRI在诸多影象同化脓性脊柱炎有显著差别（P〈0.05）。结论：MRI可以准确的鉴别结核性脊柱炎和化脓性脊柱炎。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:The study was to determine the accuracy of MRI for discrimination between tuberculous spondylitis and pyogenic spondylitis.Methods:MR images of 52 patients who had MRI of the spine and confirmed spondylitis were retrospectively reviewed.we compared MRI findings in 20 patients with tuberculous spondylitis and 20 patients with pyogenic spondylitis.Statistical analysis was performed with the chi-square test.Results:The reviewer identified tuberculous spondylitis with sensitivity,(specificity),and accuracy of 100%(20/20),80%(16/20),and 90%(36/40),and pyogenic spondylitis with sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of 80%(16/20),100%(20/20),and 90%(36/40),respectively.The patients with tuberculous spondylitis had a significantly higher incidence of MRI findings in many ways than these with pyogenic spondylitis.(Conclusion:MRI) was accurate for differentiation of tuberculous spondylitis from pyogenic spondylitis.MRI;spondylitis;diagnosis,differential;tuberculosis,spinal;suppuration |
