两城市社区居民口腔健康知识行为及需求定性调查

目的了解三亚市和银川市社区居民口腔健康知识、基本口腔卫生习惯以及对口腔卫生保健的需求情况,为开展口腔健康教育工作提供参考。方法以典型抽样方法选择银川市和三亚市,分别随机抽取社区并组织居民121人开展小组访谈。结果城市社区居民均能做到每人一把牙刷、并定期更换,但口腔卫生习惯存在较大的地区差异,32位三亚市民晚上从不刷牙;开展过口腔健康教育的地区居民健康知识明显高于未开展过的地区;但对口腔健康的重视程度远远不够,预防性口腔卫生服务的利用水平很低,无一人定期进行口腔健康检查,过去一年的口腔卫生服务利用均为治疗行为。结论应加强全民口腔健康教育,完善口腔医疗保障机制,提高公众的口腔健康水平。

Qualitative survey on the knowledge, behavior and demand of oral health of residents in two urban commu- trifles

Objective To realize the knowledge, behavior and demand on roal health of urban community resi- dents, and offer reference to oral health education and promotion. Methods Select Yinchuan and Sanya cities by specific sample survey method, choose 12 urban communities by simple random sample, and survey about 10 residents in each community by group interview. Results All of the informants have own teeth brush, and renew at least every 3 months ; there are great difference of the oral health behavior between regions, 32 informants from Sanya never brush their teeth on the night; the oral health knowledge of informants from the city !mplemented oral health education is higher than the city without oral health education; the informants have not paid more attention on oral health, and the usage of preventive oral health services is very low. There is no informants doing regular oral health check, and in the past 1 year, the usage of o- ral health service is only therapeutic behavior. Conclusion Oral health education should be enhanced, and oral health in- surance system should be perfected.
