摘    要:目的 探讨在中医急诊临床教学中应用以问题为基础的教学方法(PBL),进行以病例为引导(CBS)的中医急诊教学,提高学生中医急诊临床诊治水平.方法 对照组以传统教学方法进行中医急诊教学;实验组以PBL理论为指导,以病例为引导的方式进行课堂授课,临床见习课以学生为主体以小组的形式收集病例并进行追踪调查,课后查询相关资料,以小组为单位将临床病例讨论的结果与其他组进行交流,同时利用模拟示教室进行实践技能教学训练,通过试卷与技能考试评分及问卷调查对教学效果进行评估.结果 实验组学生的试卷考试及实践技能成绩均高于对照

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of problem-based learning(PBL) and case-based study(CBS) in TCM emergency teaching and to improve students' ability of diagnosis and treatment in TCM emergency clinic.Methods The control group was given the traditional teaching methods of TCM emergency and the experimental group was given CBS based on PBL in the classroom.In clinical practice class,students collected and followed up cases,and inquire materials in groups after class-time.Each group exchanged the outcomes of case discussion with other groups.The practical skills were trained by applying simulated classroom.The teaching results were reviewed by using test papers,skill scores and questionnaires.Results The results of test papers and skill scores were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group(P〈0.05).In the experimental group 75.9 percent of students believed that this teaching mode aroused their learning interests,81.9 percent believed that their knowledge scope was opened,and 90.5 percent considered the teaching mode was good for informing clinical thinking.Conclusion The teaching method of CBS is conducive for students to master basic theory,develop clinical thinking and diagnostic and treatment competence,stimulate learning interest and widen knowledge scope.
