| 摘 要： | 本文报导鼻咽癌颅神经侵犯及(或)颅底骨质破坏257例,在不同年龄组中,30岁以下鼻咽癌颅神经侵犯及颅底骨质破坏发生率较高。同时有颅神经侵犯及颅底骨质破坏者以高分化类发生率最高(26.4%);低分化类次之(22.2%);未分化类较少(15.3%)。单有颅神经侵犯的占收治鼻咽癌518例的17.2%,单有颅底骨质破坏的占10.2%。有颅底骨质破坏的168例中伴颅神经侵犯115例(68.4%)。有前组颅神经侵犯时颅底骨质破坏发生率较高。但统计学处理各组间差异无显著意义。

| Abstract: | Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)in257 cases with the cranial nerves para- lysis(CNP)and/or the bone erosion of the base of the skull(BEBS)are reported.The incidences of CNP and BEBS were higher in the younger group than in the elder.These cases with CNP and BEBS accounted for 26.4% in the high differentiated type;22.4% in the low differentiated type and 15.3% in the undifferentiated type.Patients only with BEBS represented 10.2%.Among the 168 cases of BEBS,there were 1t5 cases found with CNP (68.4%).When patients with the front group CNP,the bone erosion of the base of the skull was found more frequent.The incidence of cases with CNP and/or BEBS in various pathologic types of high,low and undifferentiated NPC was 55.2%,49.6%,43.6% respectively,but there was no significant difference found(P>0.05) |
